Timberland sweatshirt - this piece dates from around 86/87 and was
produced in conjunction with Russell Athletic to promote the white
elephant trust. A popular brand which is more noted for it's footwear
amongst football lads. There were no Timberland high street shops about
back then so the label was not so easy to obtain. Now it is probably
perceived as too mainstream for many but back in the 80's it was another
useful addition to many a wardrobe.
